Interview rounds at Google.
Google basically conducts seven rounds of interviews to judge a candidate on various aspects. These rounds are discussed as follows:
Screening of Resumes
The first and foremost step is resume screening. In this process, the Interviewers check the qualities, experience, and expertise in the resume and match it with the required position.
For this round, my tip will be to prepare your resumes according to the guidelines provided by Google.
Follow-up call by recruiters
After resume screening, the most awaited thing is to get a follow-up call from recruiters, I too got a call from the recruiter.
In this round, the recruiters asked me questions such as:
- What is your Background?
- Why have you chosen Google?
- What makes you a good candidate?
